Submission

If you wish to submit an abstract for a talk in a mini-symposium or a contributed talk in one of the sections, please first create a user account. After logging in, you will be able to submit your contribution. You may log in at any time to revise your abstract or submission details until the submission deadline. The program committee reserves the right to select certain contributions for presentation in an inspiring poster session.

If you submit a contribution, please note that registration for the conference is required once your abstract has been accepted.
As abstracts submitted to mini-symposia are accepted automatically, we kindly ask contributors to register for the conference at the time of submission.

Guidelines for Submissions:

  • All abstracts must be submitted in English.
  • Authors are responsible for ensuring that their abstracts are accurate and meet appropriate linguistic standards. Any errors in spelling, grammar, or scientific content will appear in the program as submitted.
  • The maximum length of the abstract text is 5,000 characters.
  • The character encoding should be in UTF-8.
  • The uploaded abstract may include LaTeX commands. It however should not contain „\begin{document}“ or „\end{document}“ , load any packages or define new commands.
  • The submission tool is based on MathJax. It does not support enumerate environments. Enumerate environments will not be displayed in your web-browser, but of course will be set properly later in the abstract volume. More information is available under https://docs.mathjax.org/en/latest/
  • Submitted abstracts may be revised at any time until the submission deadline.
