Conference Dinner
We cordially invite you to attend the Conference Dinner of the DMV Annual Meeting 2026. We look forward to welcoming you to an enjoyable and convivial evening, offering an excellent opportunity to connect with colleagues and continue the day’s discussions in a relaxed atmosphere.
The conference dinner will be held on
Tuesday evening at 19:30 at the
Comturey Restaurant, located on the renowned
Mainau Island. Your dinner ticket grants complimentary admission to the island from 17:30 onwards, giving you time to explore the vibrant dahlia displays and other exceptional garden attractions.

The dinner will be offered as a buffet featuring a selection of salads, main courses, side dishes, and desserts. One bottle of mineral water per person is included; additional beverages may be purchased separately. Please indicate at the time of booking if you prefer the vegetarian or vegan option.
The price is €60 per person.
Important: Participation in the conference dinner is optional and
must be selected during the
online registration process.
Access:
Mainau Island is located close to the university and can be reached conveniently either by bus (approximately a 10-minute walk to the bus stop for line 4/13 in the outbound direction) or on foot (about a 30-minute walk).
From Konstanz city centre, line 4/13 starts at “Konstanz Bahnhof” (adjacent to the main railway station) and runs directly to “Mainau”. The journey takes approximately 15–20 minutes.
The restaurant is situated near the harbor of Mainau Island. From the main entrance, the walk takes approximately 20 minutes.
